Making Smarter Buyers and Sellers To Help Reduce Unnecessary Mistakes In Residential Real Estate

“…complete knowledge and skill each step of the way.”

“photographs Monday, posted on Tuesday; shown on Wednesday, sold on Thursday!”

“His professionalism, intelligence, real estate knowledge, poise, negotiating ability, and honesty are extraordinary.”

“…always generous with his time and attention.”

“I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.”

If you desire efficiency, No B.S. approach, and a results-driven experience, I'm your Realtor® who can assist in your next residential real estate transaction.

Being involved in Real Estate since 2002, I've sold more than 500+ homes.

Here is a little about my history.

During college, I ran a mowing and landscaping company to pay my way through school to obtain a BSBA with Marketing Specialization from Bowling Green State University.

During that time, I mowed lawns for Realtor's listings. I began to grow interested in selling real estate in college and pursued the industry once I graduated.

In May of 2002, I started working for Pulte Homes of Ohio.

Here are some of my results during my 11 years there.

  • Cleveland HBA Rookie of the Year Nominee 2003
  • Attained record-breaking number of sales (21 contracts) during grand opening day for new product line without models
  • 2ND Highest Sales Volume 2003, 2004, 2005
  • Recognized Nationally as "Pulte Top Gun," the top 7% out of 14,500 employees
  • Area Sales Manager 2005-2008
  • Salesperson of the Year 2006 and 2007
  • Highest Sales Volume" 2009 and 2010

In 2007 I obtained my real estate license to list Pulte's inventory in MLS. During my tenure, I always offered real estate agent referrals to my clients so they could get their homes sold.

I left Pulte Homes in 2013 in the beginning of January. During my career, I was one of the highest-paid new home salespeople in Northeast Ohio. If there were a tracked percentage, I would've likely been in the top 1% or 2%.

In March of 2013, I became a full-time Realtor® with Coldwell Banker.

By the end of my first nine months, I was ranked #5 out of all the Coldwell Banker offices in northeast Ohio.

Within the next nine months (I left and didn't work the last three months in 2014), I ranked #3 out of all Coldwell Banker offices in Northeast Ohio. I also was the number #1 producer for my office and was awarded the International President's Elite designation for 2015.

So, what happened, and where did I go?

Not very far, but if you ever heard, a happy wife is a happy life. Let's say I listened.

I was offered a unique opportunity not to work weekends, not take phone calls at all hours of the day and still make a high income. My wife wanted it, and to be honest, so did I.

I left the industry as a full-time agent but still played behind the scenes doing referrals of my leads to other great agents.

My broker still talks about this scenario with other agents today. I brought in around $120,000 GCI from my referrals in 2015 without listing any homes or showing any buyers. I did this all from my phone and my network of successful agents.

In 2016, I began consuming direct response marketing principles. I became quite obsessed with them and how to specifically target market with the right message on the proper media. I realized I could make a more significant impact on myself and the community at large.

In 2020 I started to miss real estate and what I could achieve. When the COVID-19 occurred, I decided it was time to update my marketing plan and go full time back into real estate.

With my extensive sales and direct response marketing knowledge, I can easily do what other agents do. I'm also able to provide a new level of service for both buyers and sellers that causes you to reach out to me by offering value to you upfront.

I'm not an agent who will work with any client, but rest assured, if you are asking for my help and are outside of my typical client criteria, I will refer you to a fantastic agent and promise you won't be disappointed.

I'm not like most agents that will put a sign in your yard, a lockbox on your door, and place your home on MLS. I won't work with just any buyer. The reason is that I specialize in who I serve and what I offer to magnetically attract my ideal clients to want to work with me.
